At the moment, cheap delivery companies can not guarantee shipping time, therefore we have to choose DHL shipping method and DHL requires packages to be vacuum sealed in order to minimize volume. The fact that packages being vacuum sealed will squeeze the carpet and cause creases. The sponge inside the carpet will be deflated which consequently make the carpet you receive looks thin and wrinkled. This is a problem caused during the shipping process. Please spread open the carpet and let it rest for 10-12 days so that the sponge inside can be recovered to its original state. If the carpet shows no progress after 10-12 days, please contact us so that we can support you. We are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience.
