Countries: We ship worldwide, which means we can ship to all countries in the world.

Shipping Time: When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

  1. Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping after your payment is authorized and verified. This typically takes 5-10 business days. Specially, the processing time for Footware is 10-15 business days

  2. Transit Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our manufacturer to the destination:
  • For domestic orders, please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you place your order to receive your purchase.
  • For international orders, the time to receive your purchase may vary depending on the country. But we guarantee that your purchase will reach you in at most 1-3 weeks from the time you place your order.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Besides, your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

* The average delivery time is an estimate. Actual delivery time will depend on each country and how quickly the package is cleared through customs.
** Business days are Monday – Friday; holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Please remember that all tracking numbers take a few days (and sometimes up to 5-7 days) to become active from the point of notification. This is because of the time delay between us packing and shipping an item and our delivery couriers updating their systems.
